Brainsfield Ltd. was born some two decades ago, out of the singular vision of our C.E.O., Mr. Winfred Kumah Apawu, to make housing affordable for everyone. Over the years, we have grown from strength to strength, directly assisting over 10,000 individuals and businesses, both Ghanaian and foreign, to own their own homes by offering pocket-friendly real estate solutions across the value chain, from genuine, conflict-free lands on the outskirts and within inner cities, to fully furnished apartments.
From these beginnings, Brainsfield has since diversified its operations to include energy solutions and has become a metering partner of the Electricity Company of Ghana. Here too, we have applied our practical and innovative approach to problem-solving to ensure that customers within our operational areas do not go without power whenever we are able to help. To date, we have served 7,000+ homes and businesses and continue to expand our reach. Our meters are trusted across a wide range of settings, from the Manhyia Palace to modest homes in local communities.
Within the same energy space, we are introducing state-of-the-art solar solutions that are affordable for Ghanaian homes and businesses. Our aim is to reduce the GHC per kilowatt-hour cost for the average household and enterprise.
